4 Tips to Prevent Panic Attacks of Fear of Flying

  • Tip 1 – Accept Panic Attacks Are Real

The attack was not caused by real events. They are only caused by fear. They have their own reality, but that reality is simply the fear of something else that doesn’t exist. They are caused by past events or events that impressed you, and every time a trigger appears that stimulates the memory of that past event again, even if you don’t consciously remember it, you will experience the fear again.

  • Tip 2 – Wear a rubber band

Yes, eraser. Wear a rubber band on your wrist. After you reconsider the problem thinking, click Elastic. After a few times, the elastic shock will prevent any lingering thoughts.

  • Tip #3 – Keep your iPod or MP3 player nearby

Keep your mind’s “ear canal” busy. Bring an audio player with lots of music.

  • Tip #4 – Keep your mind visually busy

Panic attacks usually start as a visual thought. Noise may surprise you while in flight, but it’s the visualization that you’re above that can make noise a problem. To overcome this, you need to keep your mind busy with visual elements to protect your imagination from conquest.

You can do this easily by carrying a few magazines with color photos. You can also do a crossword puzzle or even bring some crochet. DVD players or video games are another method of keeping your visual mind in place.
